Holokron is a product of Gemstone Consulting Services LLC, a company based in Florida, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information in connection with our website, waitlist, and related communications.
Our website and waitlist are intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. This policy covers that experience. It does not describe the handling of conversations, memories, or other content connected to a future Holokron product account. We will provide the applicable information before offering those features.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. You may also tell us which AI tool you would like to connect and how you heard about Holokron. These additional responses are optional. We store your registration with an internal identifier and record timestamps.
If you contact us, respond to a survey, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your contact details, message contents, and any information you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or private conversation contents in the waitlist fields.
Joining the waitlist does not create a Holokron product account or connect us to your AI tools or conversations.
Website and device information
Operating a website involves processing technical information about requests, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times. Our hosting and security providers may process this information to deliver the site, maintain logs, and detect abuse.
We also plan to use cookies, analytics, session replay, and advertising technologies, as described below. Those optional tracking and advertising features are not currently enabled on this website.
2. How we use information
We use information, and plan to use information through the features described in this policy, to:
- Maintain the waitlist and contact you about invitations, availability, and access.
- Send Holokron news, development updates, newsletters, announcements, offers, and other promotional communications.
- Ask for feedback, conduct surveys and research, and understand interest in tools and features.
- Respond to questions and privacy requests.
- Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the website and our communications.
- Understand how visitors find and use the site, evaluate campaigns, and personalize content and advertising.
- Prevent fraud or misuse, comply with applicable law, and establish or defend legal claims.
We may combine information you provide with website activity and campaign information when the relevant features are enabled, subject to applicable privacy choices and requirements.
3. Email communications
By submitting your email through the waitlist form, you agree to receive emails from Gemstone Consulting Services LLC about Holokron, including access announcements, product and development updates, newsletters, research invitations, offers, and promotions.
You can withdraw from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option in those emails or contacting support@holokron.ai. Our marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. We will honor marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from replying to a request you send us or sending a legally required notice. We may retain a limited record of your opt-out to avoid contacting you again. Unsubscribing from email does not by itself change browser tracking settings or request deletion of all information we hold.
4. Cookies, analytics, and session replay
We plan to use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, understand visitor behavior, and improve the site. When enabled, these technologies may collect device and browser identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, referring pages, campaign information, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and interaction times.
We also plan to use session replay to reconstruct visits and understand how people interact with the site. Depending on its configuration, replay can capture page content and interactions with forms, including information entered into fields. It is not a recording of your device outside our website. Do not enter sensitive information into fields that do not request it.
These features are planned and are not currently active. Before activating them, we will update this notice as needed to reflect the actual collection and provide any notices, consent mechanisms, and opt-out controls required by applicable law. This policy does not replace consent where a separate choice is required.
Browser settings may let you block or delete cookies and restrict local storage. Those settings may affect website functionality and do not necessarily prevent all analytics or advertising activity, including audience matching based on an email address.
5. Advertising and audience matching
We may introduce advertising pixels and work with advertising platforms to measure campaigns, show Holokron ads to previous visitors, and reach people with similar interests. These features may involve disclosing online identifiers, website activity, campaign information, and email addresses to advertising partners, subject to applicable choices and legal requirements.
For audience matching, an email address may be transformed into a hashed identifier before it is sent to a platform. Hashing does not make it anonymous: the platform may match it to an account or other information it holds. Advertising partners may combine information from our website with activity across other websites, apps, and services and process information for their own purposes under their privacy notices.
We do not sell personal information for money or rent our mailing list to third parties for their unrelated marketing. However, disclosures for targeted advertising or other benefits may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws, even without a monetary payment. We do not treat those disclosures as exempt merely because no money changes hands.
Advertising pixels, retargeting, and audience uploads are not currently active. Before introducing them, we will provide applicable disclosures and required privacy controls. You may contact support@holokron.ai to request that your information not be used for audience matching or targeted advertising.
6. Who we disclose information to
We disclose information as needed for the purposes described in this policy to:
- Service providers: Companies that support website hosting, data storage, security, communications, support, analytics, and other business operations.
- Advertising partners: Platforms and measurement providers involved in the advertising activities described above, if those features are enabled.
- Professional advisers and authorities: Where reasonably necessary for legal advice, compliance with applicable law or legal process, protection of rights and safety, or investigation of misuse.
- Parties to a business transaction: In connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
- Other recipients you direct: When you ask us to disclose information or give a separate applicable authorization.
Some third-party tools may process information for their own purposes, depending on the service and our configuration. We will describe material uses when introducing them and obtain any required consent. Visiting the site or joining the waitlist does not waive privacy rights or authorize undisclosed uses.
7. How long we keep information
We do not set a fixed expiration date for waitlist registrations and related information. We may retain this information indefinitely while it serves the purposes described in this policy, unless you request deletion or applicable law requires a shorter period.
You can request removal from the waitlist and deletion of your personal information by emailing support@holokron.ai. We will honor your request, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain for purposes such as compliance, security, resolving disputes, or honoring an opt-out.
Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies in backups or provider recovery systems. Those copies may remain until they expire under the relevant retention cycles. A limited record of your request or email opt-out may remain so we can document and honor your choice.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact support@holokron.ai to request access to or correction of information you provided, removal from the waitlist, deletion, or withdrawal from marketing. Please identify the email address associated with your registration and the request you would like us to handle. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting personal information; marketing unsubscribe requests do not require additional identity documentation.
Depending on your state of residence and which laws apply to our business, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy of your information, correct or delete it, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, limit certain uses, or appeal a denied request. You may also be able to use an authorized agent. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor that signal for the activities it covers. Browser signals and cookie controls do not necessarily identify your waitlist registration; contact us to make a request relating to that record. If we decline a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable appeal process. You can submit an appeal by replying to our response.
9. Adults in the United States
The website and waitlist are intended only for people aged 18 or older located in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Gemstone Consulting Services LLC operates from Florida. Our intended audience does not mean that every service provider processes information only in Florida or the United States. Applicable privacy rights are not waived by using the website.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our website, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change. An update does not itself provide consent to a new use that requires your separate agreement.
